Our strategies
For purpose of delivering and making our mission a success we use some strategies and approaches to be direct and present with the beneficiaries and partners.
Project direct delivery service.
We do provide direct services to women and children in needs through projects conducted directly to them. We work with volunteers, part-time and full-time workers to make it possible and we ensure that all values of the organization are held by our staff, employees and partners.
Campaign
We use campaign to reach more clients/beneficiaries and large mass. In Programme that require raising awareness, sensitization and community mobilization targeting large numbers of people we give priority to campaign.
Information technology (it)
We use this modern tool for sharing information and communication of what we do.
Partnership and collaboration.
Partnership and collaboration. We believe in these words of wisdom: “if you want to go fast go yourself, but if you want to long go with others”. We draw partnership with community based organizations, religious based organizations and local governmental entities those mainly working with women and children in their established programme. With great desire of achieving great impact through project services wherever we are as well as in whatever we do, we strongly trust partnership and collaboration as the very means to the success.
We value the contributions brought by our partners at all level of their involvement and the amount of resources they offer. Our partnership programme has many aspects and level of commitment, from time to time it grows to the very high level of trust which is known: “sister organization”.
Actually we are working in Africa with two sister organizations based on the partnership agreements in course. More on our sister organization partnership visit our social media links.
Community engagement and participation.
We build trust in the community and foster their participation and engagement by valuing their resources and put them at the Centre of projects from the identification, plannification to the evaluation.
Empowerment of the beneficiaries.
Our work is built on the idea that all our project services are meaningful if do empower the recipient/beneficiaries to become reliant. The end result is: bring change in the skill, knowledge and attitude. We seek community participation and engagement by valuing their resources their appropriation of projects. We do this by training in workshop, seminar, conference and meeting.
